I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring the process is client-driven and aligned with their values, strengths, and unique needs. In the beginning, we work together to explore what meaningful change looks like for them, breaking larger goals into manageable steps. I use evidence-based techniques like SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to create clear, actionable plans while remaining flexible to adjust as needed. My focus is on fostering empowerment and progress, celebrating successes along the way, and addressing obstacles with compassion and problem-solving.
